A special note to Real Estate agents and brokers:

If you refer a client to us, we will only manage their property.

Our property management agreements with owners specifically prohibit us from doing leases, lease renewals, or sales. While we assist and support real estate brokers and agents with these activities, our agreements specify that we cannot be paid for them. If your owner decides to sell, needs to fill an upcoming vacancy, or needs to renew a lease, we will direct them back to you. We will protect your ability to get paid for this work.
